Starbucks has announced the upcoming addition of a new iced espresso beverage, the Aerocano, alongside a three-SKU collection of seasonal Mini Pies to its autumn lineup, effective 29 September 2026.
Timed to coincide with National Coffee Day, the menu additions broaden the brand's autumn beverage and bakery platforms, introducing textured cold coffee preparation alongside dessert formats inspired by classic seasonal flavour profiles.
Aerocano Air-Whipped Espresso Beverage
Arriving as a modern adaptation of the traditional Iced Americano, the Aerocano introduces an alternative preparation technique to Starbucks' chilled coffee range.
The beverage is formulated using Starbucks Blonde Espresso that is air-whipped to create a light foam layer and a distinctive cascading visual effect throughout the drink. The cold espresso format will enter menus nationwide starting 29 September.
Seasonal Mini Pies Bakery Lineup
Alongside the cold beverage expansion, Starbucks is introducing three new Mini Pies to its bakery display cases on 29 September, translating familiar autumn dessert profiles into single-portion formats:
🍏 Apple Crumble Mini Pie: Formulated with tender apples and finished with a buttery streusel topping.
🥧 Pecan Mini Pie: Combines toasted pecans with caramelised sweetness.
🎃 Pumpkin Mini Pie: Features creamy pumpkin blended with warm autumn spices.
The launch of the Aerocano and Mini Pies lineup will commence on 29 September 2026 across participating Starbucks store locations, providing consumers with additional iced espresso and bakery options as the autumn trading period progresses.
