The Dashboard
Your dashboard is the centre of your activity on FNBX. It shows your company status, new content from your selected categories, and quick links to all apps.
If your company is not yet linked, the dashboard will prompt you to complete your profile so we can customise your experience.
Getting Started
To use FNBX’s personalised features—including customised news feeds, insights, posting content, and accessing member-only apps—you will need to create a free account.
You can sign up using your work email address. Once you have completed the sign-up form, you might need to refresh your browser page before all apps become available for you to access. You will receive an email to confirm your account has been set up successfully.
Setting Up Your Profile
Your profile helps us personalise your experience—your job role, sector interests, and company information allow us to tailor your news feed, recommended insights, and relevant content across the platform. After signing up, a prompt will appear on your dashboard asking you to complete your profile. This step ensures your experience is fully customised.
Company Connection & Verification
When you enter your business email or company website during profile setup, our system may automatically detect a matching company.
For security reasons, we never link you automatically—if we find a safe match, we will ask you to confirm the company before linking. You can confirm your company via the 'Dashboard' page.
If your company does not exist on FNBX yet, you can request to add it. Once submitted, our team will review the information and publish the profile so your team can connect to it.
Verified companies receive a badge confirming that a legitimate representative has reviewed and claimed the profile. If you are the appropriate company contact, you can request to claim your company. Our team verifies each request to protect the accuracy and integrity of company profiles on FNBX.
Supplier Listings & Company Profiles
Supplier Listings allow companies to showcase their products and services directly alongside relevant industry content. These appear across the Launch Pad, Insight Lab, and product-related news articles—ensuring visibility to decision-makers at the right moment.

Posting Content
Members can share updates, start discussions, or highlight innovations in The Exchange. All posts are moderated to maintain a professional, collaborative environment.
Suppliers and businesses with approved company profiles can also publish product listings, supplier information, and promotional content in designated areas.
Advertising Support
FNBX offers personalised advertising based on the user’s categories, job function, and company type.
