Costa Coffee has unveiled its 2026 Christmas food and beverage collection, rolling out across retail coffee shops, automated Express kiosks, grocery channels, and airline networks in the United Kingdom and Ireland from 22 October 2026.
The seasonal rollout introduces high-profile confectionery brand collaborations, on-trend matcha drink extensions, savoury lunchtime meal upgrades, and a blind-box merchandise programme.
The launch represents one of the coffeehouse operator's broadest multichannel seasonal deployments to date, designed to capture consumer spend across morning caffeine rituals, lunchtime "food-for-now" occasions, domestic at-home consumption, and international travel corridors during the golden quarter.
"At Costa Coffee, Christmas is all about creating moments of connection and bringing people together," said Nishant Bhatia, Food & Beverage Director at Costa Coffee.
"During one of the busiest times of the year, we're proud to offer customers a place to pause, catch up with loved ones and enjoy a little festive comfort. This year's range brings together much-loved classics and exciting new additions, making each moment feel a little more special."

Seasonal Beverages and Brand Collaborations
The headline beverage additions integrate established confectionery trademarks and emerging functional flavour profiles into Costa's signature Mocha Italia espresso and dairy platforms:
🌰 Golden Hazel Latte with Ferrero Rocher®: Blends Mocha Italia espresso with chocolate and hazelnut flavour notes, finished with chocolate whip, golden crunchy sprinkles, and an individually served Ferrero Rocher confectionery piece.
🍵 Gingerbread Iced Matcha Latte: Formulates cold matcha green tea with seasonal spiced gingerbread syrup over ice, topped with Light Whip and a mini gingerbread biscuit.
🍫 Ultimate Yule Brownie Range: Available as a Hot Chocolate or Latte, incorporating bakery-style brownie flavours finished with chocolate whip, brownie crumb pieces, and a meringue dusting.
The new profiles join returning festive staples, including the Black Forest Hot Chocolate, Terry's® Chocolate Orange Hot Chocolate, Gingerbread Latte, and the Caramel Nutcracker Latte, which is merchandised in both hot and iced builds alongside seasonal festive takeaway paper cup architecture.
Savoury Lunchtime and Festive Bakery Extensions
To capture lunchtime food spend and boost check averages, Costa Coffee has recalibrated its savoury menu with seasonal meal carriers:
🧀 Pigs in Blankets 'Nduja Mac & Cheese: Combines mature cheddar cheese sauce, spicy Italian 'nduja paste, and a hot cheese crumb, topped with traditional pork pigs in blankets.
🫓 Festive Flatbread: A folded sage and onion flatbread filled with sliced chicken breast, spiced red cabbage, sage and onion stuffing, and sweet cranberry sauce.
🥪 Festive Feast Toastie: Layers of sliced roast chicken breast, herb stuffing, and cranberry sauce between garlic, onion, and sage crumbed cheese-topped bread.
Returning hot savoury favourites include the Pigs & Blankets Toastie and the Brie, Bacon & Cranberry Panini.

Within the bakery and sweet treats cabinet, Costa has introduced five new items:
🍰 Chocolate Brownie Fudge Cake: Layered cake with rich chocolate frosting and brownie pieces.
🍫 Dubai-Style Speculoos Tiffin: Adapts trending Middle Eastern confectionery textures with spiced speculoos biscuits and rich chocolate.
🥧 Toffee Apple Crumble: Comfort-led fruit-and-pastry slice with sweet toffee notes.
🍒 Black Forest Yule Log: Rolled chocolate sponge filled with tart cherry compote and finished with a sugar dusting.
🍫 Chocolate Brownie: An updated standalone rich chocolate bakery portion.
Returning bakery lines include the All-Butter Mince Pie, Gluten Free Mince Tart, Terry's® Chocolate Orange Muffin, and the Iced Penguin Gingerbread Biscuit, which donates 20p from each sale to the operator's charitable arm, The Costa Foundation.
Travel, Retail, and Vending
Beyond high-street coffee shop counters, Costa Coffee is executing a coordinated cross-channel commercial distribution programme:
Automated Express Network: The Caramel Nutcracker range returns across more than 14,000 Costa Express automated machines nationwide. Additionally, the new Ultimate Yule Brownie Hot Chocolate and Mocha formulations will merchandise exclusively via Costa Express installations situated within Shell forecourt sites.
FMCG Retail Distribution: At-home instant Gingerbread Latte sachets return to the supermarket fixtures across Tesco, Morrisons, Sainsbury's, and Iceland.
In-Flight Travel Partnerships: Expanding its commercial footprint across commercial aviation, the Gingerbread Latte will be served onboard Aer Lingus flights commencing 5 November 2026, and Jet2 passenger routes starting 9 November 2026 throughout the winter season.

Merchandise and Gifting
In addition to food and beverage items, the chain is tapping into the booming collectables market with a dedicated seasonal merchandise lineup.
The merchandise range is headlined by Costa Coffee Mystery Box Plushies, sold in blind-box packaging featuring four gingerbread character variations, including an ultra-rare hidden chase figurine. The retail range also encompasses 16-ounce stainless steel metallic snowflake travel tumblers, customizable 500ml reusable cups supplied with festive sticker sheets, 360ml embossed ceramic mugs, and branded holiday tree ornaments.
The 2026 Christmas menu and merchandise collection is available across participating Costa Coffee stores throughout the UK and Ireland from 22 October 2026 while seasonal promotional supplies last.
