Premium bottled water brand Saratoga Spring Water has announced its expansion into the flavoured sparkling water segment with the launch of its new Saratoga Collection.
The product rollout introduces a line of four flavoured sparkling waters designed to complement the brand's existing portfolio, known for its signature cobalt blue glass packaging. Developed by parent company Primo Brands, the new range aims to capture consumer demand for premium, lifestyle-oriented hydration options that serve as an alternative to traditional carbonated soft drinks.
The launch represents a strategic category expansion for the Saratoga brand, which historically focused on unflavoured spring and sparkling waters for premium retail and foodservice environments.
Portfolio Expansion
The introduction of the Saratoga Collection comes as the premium water sector experiences sustained consumer interest in functional and flavoured alternatives. According to Primo Brands Chief Marketing Officer Kheri Tillman, the new line is designed to support personal expression and create more occasions for consumers to engage with the brand.
By transitioning its established premium positioning into the flavoured sparkling water aisle, the company aims to secure additional shelf space in grocery and convenience channels during peak summer trading.
The range maintains the brand’s focus on aesthetics and design, utilising packaging graphics designed to stand out in retail chillers and attract younger, style-conscious shoppers.

The Saratoga Collection comprises four distinct flavour profiles, blending traditional fruit notes with more complex, layered ingredients:
🍓 Untitled Berry No.3: A sweet, balanced, and layered berry flavour.
🍋 Abstraction of Lime: A bright, clean, and sharp lime profile.
🍑 Anatomy of a Peach: A modernised take on a classic peach flavour.
🥭 Mango Dragon Fruit Perspective: A vibrant and exotic tropical blend of mango and dragon fruit.
Each variant is formulated without added sugars or artificial sweeteners, aligning with the broader wellness trend of reducing daily sugar intake without sacrificing taste.
