Krispy Kreme has announced a nationwide partnership with Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA) to introduce a limited-edition doughnut range inspired by popular cookie varieties. Launching on 7 July 2026, the collaboration represents the latest brand-licensing initiative from the sweet treats operator as it utilises established flavour profiles to drive summer consumer engagement.
The partnership brings together two prominent brands within the US food sector, translating highly recognisable cookie profiles into a fresh bakery format.
Co-Branded Flavour Lineup
The limited-time collection features three distinct product formulations inspired by classic Girl Scout cookie profiles:
🍪 Thin Mints Doughnut: An Original Glazed doughnut dipped in chocolate icing, topped with Thin Mints cookie crumbles and dark chocolate chips, and finished with a mint-green drizzle.
🍋 Lemon-Ups Doughnut: An unglazed shell doughnut filled with Lemon Crisp Kreme filling, dipped in lemon-flavoured icing, and finished with a yellow decorative design.
🥥 Coconut Caramel Doughnut: An Original Glazed doughnut dipped in chocolate icing and topped with coconut and caramel.
Alison Holder, Chief Brand and Product Officer at Krispy Kreme, noted that transferring familiar cookie flavours into the doughnut category provides a novel way for brand loyalists to experience these popular tastes.
Where Are They Available?
The product rollout utilises a multi-channel distribution strategy designed to maximise physical availability across the US market:
Direct Channels: The doughnuts are available individually or by the dozen for in-shop purchase, in-store pickup, and direct-to-consumer delivery via the brand’s proprietary mobile application and website.
DSD Grocery Channel: To capture off-premise grocery shoppers, the brand is distributing a specialised six-pack format. This packaging option contains three Thin Mints doughnuts alongside three standard Original Glazed doughnuts, delivered directly to select partner grocery retailers nationwide.
The co-branded range will remain available at participating locations while supplies last.
