The Hershey Company has announced the commercial launch of Hershey's Creme Bars, a new filled chocolate bar platform available in two flavour profiles: Salted Caramel and Affogato.
Combining milk chocolate with soft creme fillings, the range enters retail distribution in standard single-serve bars and multi-serve snack pouches. To support the product rollout and engage younger demographic cohorts, Hershey's has partnered with global girl group KATSEYE for an integrated marketing campaign, alongside upcoming experiential sampling activations and ride-share promotional partnerships with Uber.
The launch enters the confectionery sector as brand owners increasingly formulate filled and multi-textured chocolate blocks to capture casual snacking occasions and afternoon indulgence.
Flavour Formulations
The Hershey's Creme Bars platform introduces two distinct taste profiles engineered around popular café and dessert flavours:
🍮 Salted Caramel: Combines smooth milk chocolate with a rich caramel filling, balancing sweetness with a savoury finish in a soft, melty texture.
☕ Affogato: Features a coffeehouse-inspired dual-layer filling pairing espresso-flavoured caramel with sweet vanilla creme inside a milk chocolate shell.
The product lineup is entering commercial retail distribution across two packaging configurations:
2.2 oz Standard Bars: Formatted for immediate-consumption impulse sets and front-of-store checkouts.
8.4 oz Snack Size Pouches: Packaged in resealable sharing formats designed for planned household grocery purchasing and at-home snacking.
Cultural Marketing and KATSEYE Campaign
To build consumer engagement around the product drop, Hershey's is partnering with global music group KATSEYE to execute a promotional push centred on self-expression and everyday treat moments.
The campaign integrates KATSEYE's signature "Pinky Up" gesture into video advertisements and social media assets, aligning with the brand's overarching "Hershey's. It's Your Happy Place" marketing framework.
Katrina Vatter, Senior Brand Manager at The Hershey Company, stated that the product platform was designed to encourage flavour discovery and shareable moments, pairing trending flavour combinations with culturally relevant brand partnerships to engage contemporary consumers.
KATSEYE added that the collaboration focuses on celebrating individuality and finding joy in routine daily activities, whether travelling, rehearsing, or relaxing with friends.

Experiential Sampling and Uber Partnership
To drive trial and accelerate store-level velocity throughout autumn 2026, Hershey's is pairing digital and broadcast media with physical experiential touchpoints:
Experiential Pop-Up Sampling: Executing live pop-up sampling activations across major metropolitan areas during autumn trading.
Uber Transit Integration: Partnering with mobility platform Uber around selected cultural events to introduce consumers to the product line while travelling between leisure and social destinations.
Retail Replenishment: Commercial availability has commenced across participating mass, grocery, and convenience store networks nationwide in the United States.
The multi-channel launch allows the confectionery major to test café-inspired flavour profiles within filled chocolate formats while leveraging music entertainment partnerships to drive category discovery across physical and digital retail channels.
