Juice solutions and speciality ingredients supplier Prodalim has unveiled a new brand identity, reflecting the enterprise's accelerated transformation into an integrated global platform delivering natural ingredients and customised solutions for food and beverage manufacturers.
The rebranding follows the company's initial public offering (IPO) completed earlier this year, which supported the expansion of its speciality ingredients capabilities and technical services for clean-label product formulation.
Centred on the corporate positioning "Taking Nature Further", the updated brand structure reflects Prodalim's evolution from traditional juice operations into high-value functional ingredients, dealcoholisation services, and sugar reduction technologies.

Divisional Architecture and Portfolio Scope
Prodalim has organised its commercial operations across three core divisions designed to support beverage and food manufacturers through a vertically integrated supply chain rooted in circular economy principles:
🧃 Juice Solutions: Operates as an integrated end-to-end service for commercial juice producers, providing raw material sourcing, global logistics, recipe formulation, and blending.
🌿 Speciality Ingredients & Solutions: Manages an extensive portfolio encompassing from-the-named-fruit (FTNF) aromatic essences, natural flavours, essential oils, citrus fibres, natural colours, botanical extracts, and functional ingredients, backed by internal research, development, and beverage application facilities.
🍷 Solos: A dedicated, patent-based dealcoholisation platform engineered to serve the expanding no- and low-alcohol (NoLo) beverage sector.
Tsahi Barak, Chief Executive Officer of Prodalim, stated that the new identity reflects the organisation's daily objectives, noting that pairing natural raw materials with scientific and technical capabilities enables commercial customers to develop products addressing taste, functional performance, health, and sustainability standards.
Acquisitions and Global Expansion Infrastructure
The brand evolution consolidates a series of international corporate acquisitions, facility openings, and technological investments completed by Prodalim in recent years.
Key operational milestones underpinning the expanded platform include:
M&A Integrations: Acquired French flavour house René Laurent, Brazilian botanical extracts platform Sylvestre, and the patented enzymatic sugar-reduction technology developed by Better Juice.
Dealcoholisation Network: Scaled its Solos platform by commissioning new service centres across North America and Europe alongside commercial partnerships with alcoholic beverage producers.
Innovation and Application Centres: Opened a Natural Colours Innovation Centre in Slovenia, supported by technical beverage application centres established in Spain and the United States.
By unifying its ingredient sourcing, processing patents, and regional application hubs under the refreshed corporate identity, Prodalim aims to provide international food and drink processors with a consolidated single-partner supply model.
