Krispy Kreme has launched a seasonal product range and a series of promotional offers to coincide with the 250th anniversary of American Independence Day. The campaign, which commenced on 23 June 2026, utilises thematic product innovation and multi-channel marketing to drive sales across its store estate and digital platforms.
Seasonal Product Range
The "Fourth of July Collection" comprises four doughnut varieties, designed for consumption during holiday gatherings. The range incorporates thematic colouring and design elements intended to drive consumer engagement during the peak summer holiday period.
🍩 USA Doughnut: An unglazed shell doughnut filled with Cookies n’ Kreme, finished with red icing, thematic star details, and a sugar topping.
🍩 Firework Doughnut: An Original Glazed doughnut dipped in vanilla-flavoured icing, accented with edible gold glitter and a firecracker sugar piece.
🍩 Freedom Ring Doughnut: An Original Glazed doughnut with white icing, blue sprinkles, white stars, and red icing stripes.
🍩 Chocolate Iced with Patriotic Sprinkles: An Original Glazed doughnut featuring chocolate icing and festive sprinkles.
Distribution and Operational
The product collection is currently available through in-shop channels and via Krispy Kreme’s mobile application and website for pickup or delivery. To maintain market penetration beyond its standalone stores, the brand has also introduced a 6-pack format through select third-party retail partners.
The launch is supported by an operational push to manage demand during the holiday window, utilising the brand’s existing supply chain and logistics infrastructure.
Promotional Pricing
Krispy Kreme has structured its promotional activity to encourage bulk purchasing and drive foot traffic during the week of the holiday.
Discounted Bundles: From 2 July to 5 July 2026, customers purchasing a standard dozen or 16-count mini pack can add an Original Glazed dozen for $2.50. This offer is limited to two per guest for in-shop orders and one per order for digital purchases.
Customer Engagement: To foster brand loyalty and footfall, the company is offering a free Original Glazed doughnut on 4 July to customers wearing red, white, or blue attire, with no purchase requirement.
