GrubMarket, a leading AI-powered enabler of the American food supply chain, has announced the appointment of Jorge deNeve as Chief Legal Officer. DeNeve brings over two decades of high-level experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and securities law, joining from the international law firm O'Melveny & Myers LLP.
