Frozen snacking brand Doughlicious has announced two limited-edition holiday product releases across major United States retail multiples, debuting a 12-Day Advent Calendar exclusively with Target alongside a nationwide rollout of standalone Peppermint White Chocolate Cookie Dough & Gelato Bites at Whole Foods Market.
The 12-Day Advent Calendar will arrive across Target stores nationwide from 1 December 2026, retailing at an accessible $11.99 price point. Complementing the countdown format, the brand is rolling out its Peppermint White Chocolate Cookie Dough & Gelato Bites as an individual retail pack across Whole Foods Market locations from early November at a promotional suggested retail price (SRP) of $4.99, supported by additional US grocery stockists throughout the festive trading window.
The dual-retailer deployment pairs mass-market seasonal novelty with natural channel distribution, enabling the frozen dessert company to capitalise on fourth-quarter entertaining, domestic indulgence, and holiday food gifting.
"Bringing back the Advent Calendar gives us an opportunity to do one of my favourite things: get creative in the kitchen," said Kathryn Bricken, founder of Doughlicious.
"We're constantly experimenting with new flavours, and the calendar lets us bring some of our favourites to life alongside the Doughlicious flavours people already love. There's something really joyful about opening a new door every day and having absolutely no idea what kind of dough is waiting for you."
2026 12-Day Advent Calendar
Merchandised at $11.99, the calendar format introduces portion-controlled frozen novelty across twelve individually behind-the-door bites, each portioned at 100 calories:
🎁 Curated Assortment Architecture: The box integrates three established core flavours alongside nine exclusive recipe builds developed specifically for the holiday calendar.
🍪 The 12-Flavour Lineup: The collection spans Gingerbread, Eggnog, Cereal Milk, Snickerdoodle, Caramel Kettle Corn, Vegan Chocolate Truffle, Pumpkin Pie Crumble, Cookies & Cream, Peppermint White Chocolate, Chocolate Chip, Bûche de Noël, and the collaborative Rotten Cherry Bomb.
🍒 Rotten® Brand Collaboration: Positioned behind Door #7, the Rotten Cherry Bomb was formulated in partnership with gummy candy brand Rotten. The creation pairs sour cherry cookie dough wrapped around a core of creamy vanilla gelato, coated in crunchy, tart Rotten Sour Crunchies to deliver a contrasting sweet-and-sour profile within the freezer cabinet.
"When Kathryn and the Doughlicious team shared the advent calendar and the interest in a partnership, it felt too perfect to pass up," noted Rotten Founder and CEO Michael Fisher. "Rotten is always hunting for unique ways to sneak our world into places people already love, and this let us in on one of the best holiday items at Target."
New Flavour Bites at Whole Foods Market
Marking the flavour's commercial debut in an individual multi-serve retail pouch, Doughlicious is simultaneously introducing a standalone seasonal SKU to the premium and natural grocery sector:
❄️ Peppermint White Chocolate Cookie Dough & Gelato Bites: Encases creamy gelato inside signature gluten-free cookie dough infused with festive peppermint and white chocolate notes, delivering 100 calories per individual portion.
The line is formulated without artificial colours, flavourings, or chemical preservatives, utilising a gluten-free oat flour base to appeal to shoppers seeking clean-label credentials within indulgent frozen dairy desserts.
Doughlicious Peppermint White Chocolate Bites are rolling out across Whole Foods Market stores nationwide from early November 2026, with the 12-Day Advent Calendar landing at Target stores on 1 December while seasonal production batches last.
