Arla Foods UK has unveiled a long-term masterbrand marketing platform, Feed Life, bringing together its complete dairy portfolio under a unified brand identity designed to promote balanced food choices and daily nutrition.

The initiative marks the next phase in the farmer-owned cooperative's masterbrand strategy, building upon a nationwide out-of-home awareness campaign introduced in October 2025. While earlier activity focused on establishing broad consumer recognition across individual sub-brands, the new platform shifts toward deeper engagement, linking dairy products with everyday consumption occasions and modern dietary routines.

"Consumers are looking for brands that help make everyday food choices easier. Whether that's understanding the nutritional benefits of food, finding products that fit busy lifestyles, or building healthier habits, we believe dairy has an important role to play," said Danny Micklethwaite, Vice President of Marketing at Arla Foods UK.

"Feed Life is our commitment to showing up more clearly and consistently for consumers. It gives us a stronger way to connect our portfolio to the everyday role dairy can play in people’s lives, through a shared purpose of enabling good food choices that make life better. This isn't about a single campaign or moment in time. It's a long-term approach to how we build the Arla brand, create relevance across categories, strengthen connections between our portfolio and support consumers through everyday food decisions."

Masterbrand Portfolio Integration

The Feed Life platform will govern future marketing, communication, and commercial activations across Arla's branded dairy portfolio in the UK.

Rather than managing brand marketing in silos, the group is integrating distinct product lines, including Arla Cravendale, Arla Protein, and Arla Skyr, under a cohesive narrative framework. This unified architecture enables the cooperative to pool commercial marketing expenditure while cross-promoting dairy categories spanning fresh milk, yoghurts, and functional sports nutrition.

The positioning also reinforces consumer touchpoints with the cooperative's agricultural base, connecting shoppers directly with the British and European dairy farmers who own the business.

Breakfast Daypart Activation with Droga5 London

The inaugural consumer activation under the Feed Life umbrella will centre on the morning meal occasion under the campaign title 'Breakfast Yourself to Victory'.

Developed in partnership with creative agency Droga5 London, the campaign addresses consumer research highlighting that time-pressured morning routines frequently compromise breakfast nutrition. The initiative seeks to re-establish breakfast as an essential nutritional foundation by positioning dairy items as quick, nutrient-dense morning solutions.

"Breakfast used to have a little more room to breathe. Today, it’s often squeezed between the alarm going off and the front door closing. But it remains an important moment in the day," Micklethwaite noted. "With Feed Life, we want to put a good breakfast back in the picture, not by asking people to slow down, but by showing how it can fuel the busy reality of life today."

Tara Ford, Chief Creative Officer of Droga5 London, added: "Breakfast Yourself to Victory uses humour and relatable everyday moments to show how a simple breakfast can help people start their day well. It's an idea that brings the wider Feed Life platform to life in a distinctive and memorable way."

Multichannel Rollout and Broader Platform Scope

The integrated 'Breakfast Yourself to Victory' campaign will deploy across television, digital video, social media, influencer partnerships, experiential activations, and out-of-home media throughout the UK.

Beyond the initial breakfast campaign, Arla confirmed that the Feed Life platform will serve as the overarching brand vehicle for ongoing initiatives covering public health, food security, environmental sustainability, on-farm agricultural standards, and regional community programmes.
