7-Eleven, Inc. has expanded its hot foods and fresh prepared grab-and-go portfolio with the launch of its Flavours of Korea menu, rolling out across participating 7-Eleven, Speedway, and Stripes stores nationwide.

The limited-time menu extension translates Korean culinary profiles into convenience-store meal carriers, spanning hot roller grill items, chilled ready-to-eat salads, sandwiches, fried chicken, dumplings, and whole pizzas. The commercial initiative highlights the convenience retailer's strategy to capture lunchtime and late-night snacking footfall through global flavour innovation, supported by supplier collaborations with CJ CheilJedang brand bibigo and sausage manufacturer Johnsonville.

The food rollout is accompanied by a mobile-first digital marketing campaign, including a seven-episode scripted K-drama mini-series produced for TikTok and Instagram to drive awareness among younger, digital-native demographics.

"At 7-Eleven, we believe that exploring global flavours should be easy and exciting," said Brandon Brown, Senior Vice President, Fresh Foods and Beverages at 7-Eleven, Inc.

"With the Flavours of Korea menu, we're giving customers even more ways to explore Korean-inspired cuisine, whether they're trying something completely new or enjoying a fresh take on a longtime favourite. It's all about giving customers new ways to enjoy their go-to favourites while discovering flavours from around the world."

New Menu

The expansive assortment integrates sweet-heat, fermented, and umami-rich sauces, such as gochujang, doenjang, and Korean barbecue glazes, across both chilled and heated convenience fixtures:

🥟 bibigo Spicy Chicken Dumplings: Bite-sized steamed dumplings filled with chicken, spring onion, glass noodles, cabbage, and soy sauce, merchandised in a 10-piece hot-hold format for $5.

🍕 bibigo Korean BBQ-Style Pizza: Stone-baked pizza topped with seasoned minced beef, caramelised onions, shoestring carrots, roasted garlic, spring onions, mozzarella, cheddar, and bibigo Korean BBQ sauce.

🍗 Gochujang Boneless Wings: Breaded chicken bites coated in a gochujang, fermented doenjang, garlic, ginger, and chilli paste glaze, priced at $5 for an eight-piece portion.

🥪 K Town Chicken Salad Sando: Chilled grab-and-go sandwich combining chicken, gochujang, diced celery, toasted sesame oil, and parmesan cheese on fire-and-milk marbled bread.

🌯 Korean-Style BBQ Sauced Taquito: A twist on the chain's core roller-grill fixture, combining white meat chicken, onions, soy sauce, and Korean BBQ seasoning rolled within a crispy battered tortilla.

🥗 K Noodle Salad: Chilled sōmen noodles layered with shredded carrots, napa cabbage, fermented kimchi, spring onions, and diced cucumbers, paired with a sweet-and-spicy gochujang dressing.

🌭 Johnsonville Korean Style BBQ Seasoned Sausage: A roller-grill line extension made with fresh pork seasoned with brown sugar, garlic, onion, ginger, and soy sauce.

🍔 Seoul Style Sweet Heat Chicken Sandwich: Offered at in-store Raise the Roost quick-service locations, featuring fried chicken tenders tossed in sweet-heat Korean BBQ sauce, smoky bacon, pepper jack cheese, coleslaw, and Korean BBQ aioli on a toasted brioche bun, supported by a $5 Crave Combo meal deal.

Digital Content Marketing

To support store traffic and app engagement, 7-Eleven is pairing the physical menu launch with an original episodic social media campaign directed by Danny Lee.

Airings will commence on 2 November on official TikTok and Instagram channels for 7-Eleven and Speedway:

Short-Form Storytelling: A seven-episode scripted vertical mini-series following two classmates whose narrative unfolds during late-night convenience store visits.

Broadcast Schedule: Deploying 60-second episodes every Monday and Thursday through 23 November 2026.

Promotional Commerce: Each visual episode integrates a dedicated promotional discount linked to a specific featured menu item, encouraging immediate footfall and mobile ordering redemptions.

"K-dramas run on heightened moments. And some of the most memorable ones happen over something as simple as a late-night meal at a convenience store," said director Danny Lee. "We built seven vertical episodes around it and shot all of them in a real 7-Eleven with the food at every turning point. In this genre, the style is core to the storytelling, so we leaned into those familiar devices with some American cinematic flair, from the characters and humour to the visual details and, of course, the food from 7-Eleven."

The Flavours of Korea menu is available now across participating 7-Eleven, Speedway, and Stripes locations nationwide for a limited operating window while promotional inventory lasts.
