Vital Proteins has announced its expansion into the ready-to-drink (RTD) functional beverage category with the launch of Vital Proteins Collagen Sparkling Water. The new product line combines carbonated hydration with the brand's signature collagen peptides, strategically targeting the growing consumer demand for beverages that offer specific wellness benefits beyond basic hydration.


The launch represents a significant portfolio expansion for the collagen brand as it adapts to shifting consumer preferences in the competitive beverage sector.



Formulation and Clinical Integration

The new sparkling water is formulated with VERISOL collagen peptides, an ingredient that has been clinically tested to support skin elasticity and reduce the appearance of fine lines within 30 days of consistent use. The formulation also targets broader health metrics by including 100 percent of the recommended Daily Value of Vitamin C to support endogenous collagen production and immune health.


Designed to appeal to health-conscious demographics, the beverage maintains a clean nutritional profile. Each 12-ounce can contains:


  • 15 total calories

  • Zero grams of sugar

  • No artificial sweeteners


The line is debuting in three distinct flavour profiles intended to elevate the everyday sparkling water experience: Strawberry Blossom, Lemon Lime, and Blood Orange.
