North American branded beverage manufacturer Primo Brands Corporation has announced a series of executive leadership changes designed to streamline its operating model and improve go-to-market execution.


The restructure marks a transition from post-merger integration to commercial execution. As part of the changes, the company has created a new dedicated commercial leadership role while simultaneously eliminating the position of Chief Operating Officer.


Vaughn Dickinson has joined Primo Brands as President of Customer Direct and Go-to-Market. Dickinson, who reports directly to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Eric Foss, brings extensive fast-moving consumer goods experience to the business, having previously held senior leadership positions at PepsiCo.

Dickinson will oversee efforts to improve customer service reliability, route-to-market scalability, and frontline execution across the company’s distribution networks. The appointment comes as the company seeks closer oversight of its direct-to-consumer and retail delivery channels.



Operational Simplification and Transition

In tandem with the new appointment, Primo Brands is eliminating the role of Chief Operating Officer to establish a flatter, more agile corporate hierarchy.


Robert Austin, the outgoing Chief Operating Officer, will step down from his position but will remain with the business until 31 December 2026 to assist with the operational transition.


According to chief executive Eric Foss, the decision to simplify the management tier coincides with the direct delivery channel returning to modest comparable growth. The updated structure aims to grant leaders closer to day-to-day operations direct enterprise visibility, enabling faster decision-making.


Brand Portfolio and Distribution Channels

The organisational changes will support the distribution of the company's extensive North American beverage portfolio, which spans retail, food service, hospitality, and home delivery channels. The product line-up includes several distinct water segments:


đź’§ Core Hydration Brands: Poland Spring, Pure Life, and Primo Water.


⛰️ Premium Spring Waters: Saratoga and The Mountain Valley.


📍 Regional Heritage Brands: Arrowhead, Deer Park, Ice Mountain, Ozarka, Sparkletts, and Zephyrhills.


🍋 Flavour Enhanced Offerings: Splash Refresher and AC+ION.



The restructured leadership team will focus on driving recurring consumer purchases through both these beverage brands and the company's water dispenser product lines across the United States and Canada.
