British unsweetened sparkling water brand DASH Water has partnered with French wine producer Famille Perrin, owners of La Vieille Ferme, to launch a limited-edition Rosé Spritz Kit.
The cross-category collaboration pairs DASH’s Crisp Peach sparkling spring water with La Vieille Ferme Rosé, offering a lower-alcohol, longer-serve alternative designed for summer drinking occasions. The kit enters the UK beverage market to address shifting consumer drinking habits, where moderation, premiumisation, and hybrid wine-based serves continue to gain momentum across off-trade and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels.
Rising Demand for Moderation Drives Hybrid Serves
The strategic partnership responds to data highlighting changing alcohol consumption patterns across the United Kingdom. According to research from YouGov, one-third of British adults who consume alcohol report drinking less than they did 12 months prior.
As moderation becomes established across mainstream demographics, consumers are increasingly seeking lower-ABV options that maintain traditional social rituals without compromising on liquid quality or taste. The spritz format allows brand owners to lengthen high-equity wine products with zero-sugar mixers, extending consumption occasions across afternoon and outdoor dayparts.
Alex Wright, Co-Founder of DASH Water, stated that consumer adoption of moderation has created demand for simple, high-quality twists on classic alcoholic drinks, noting that combining unsweetened fruit-infused sparkling water with established wine brands delivers a lighter sensory profile for summer occasions.
“When we first thought about pairing DASH Peach with La Vieille Ferme, it felt like one of those ideas that was hiding in plain sight,” Alex Wright, Co-Founder of DASH, comments.
“As people embrace moderation, they're looking for simple twists on the classics rather than something completely different. This kit is made for exactly that. Their cult rosé. Our real fruit fizz. It’s brilliantly simple, but together they create something that feels completely new. Lighter, fresher - we think it'll be the drink of the summer.”
Andrew Bayley, Managing Director of Famille Perrin UK, added that partnering with DASH Water establishes a new serving format for La Vieille Ferme Rosé, lightening the drinking occasion while complementing the natural flavour notes of the UK's top-selling rosé wine brand.

The collaboration promotes two primary serving builds engineered for varying ABV preferences, prepared by combining ingredients over ice in dedicated glassware:
Balanced Serve: Equal parts La Vieille Ferme Rosé and DASH Crisp Peach (1:1 ratio) to deliver a lower-alcohol, fruit-forward spritz.
Wine-Forward Serve: Two parts La Vieille Ferme Rosé to one part DASH Crisp Peach (2:1 ratio) for a higher-proof, lighter-than-standard wine pour.
The limited-edition DASH x La Vieille Ferme Rosé Spritz Kit has launched exclusively through DASH Water's direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform at dash-water.com, available while promotional inventory lasts.
The release provides a benchmark for cross-category beverage partnerships, demonstrating how non-alcoholic mixer brands and wine producers can align portfolio assets to capture mindful drinking trends across the UK retail landscape.
