Global natural ingredients manufacturer Döhler Group has officially inaugurated a new production plant in the State of Mexico, advancing its long-term expansion strategy across Latin America.
Located in the Arco 57 Industrial Park in San Francisco Soyaniquilpan de Juárez, the facility serves as a regional hub for ingredient manufacturing, technical development, and analytical research for the food, beverage, and life science and nutrition sectors.
The first phase of development establishes local production capabilities for natural ingredients, flavours, and integrated systems, helping reduce lead times for commercial partners across regional markets.
Regional Infrastructure and Manufacturing Capabilities
The initial operational phase provides technical support and production facilities designed to accelerate product development pipelines for food and beverage manufacturers in Mexico and Latin America.
Key operational capabilities of the new facility include:
⚙️ Flavours and Ingredient Systems: Direct manufacturing of natural flavour profiles and integrated ingredient systems for beverage, food, and nutritional product lines.
🔬 Analytical Research Laboratories: Dedicated technical facilities providing analytical testing, quality assurance, and custom formulation support.
🚚 Regional Supply Chain Infrastructure: Local raw material sourcing and logistics networks engineered to improve delivery efficiency and mitigate international freight friction.
Clean Label
The capital investment addresses increasing consumer demand across the Americas for clean-label food and beverage formulations, reduced sugar content, and transparent ingredient decks.
Evolving regulatory frameworks throughout Latin America continue to place greater regulatory emphasis on nutritional clarity and front-of-pack labelling standards. By locating technical development and manufacturing closer to regional manufacturers, Döhler aims to assist client partners in reformulating product portfolios to meet changing statutory requirements and consumer preferences.
Phase Two Expansion and Local Supply Chains
Döhler has also outlined plans for a second construction phase at the San Francisco Soyaniquilpan site. The planned expansion will incorporate dedicated manufacturing infrastructure for natural colours, expanding the business's industrial capacity within the region.
The facility integration aims to establish regional supply chains by sourcing local agricultural raw materials, supporting Döhler's broader strategy to build localised production capacity across key international growth territories.
