Cut+Dry, a digital commerce platform for the foodservice sector, has announced the launch of RESERVE, an invitation-only annual leadership summit. The inaugural event is scheduled to take place from 21 to 24 October 2026 at the Meritage Resort and Spa in Napa, California.

Summit Focus and Structure

RESERVE is designed as a curated event for owners, CEOs, and presidents within the foodservice distribution, manufacturing, and allied technology industries. According to the company, the summit aims to facilitate high-level networking and discussions regarding the future of the foodservice supply chain, moving away from the traditional trade show format.

The event will bring together approximately 250 attendees, including 100 foodservice distributors, alongside representatives from manufacturing firms and technology partners.

Event Programme

The four-day programme at the Meritage Resort and Spa includes a combination of professional development sessions and networking opportunities:

  • Morning sessions focused on industry trends, the role of digital technology, and strategies for distributor growth.

  • Stage presentations featuring figures from the business, technology, and leadership sectors.

  • Curated social events, including private vineyard tours and a dinner at the Culinary Institute of America’s Copia campus in Napa.

Mani Kulasooriya, co-founder and CEO of Cut+Dry, stated that the summit is intended to serve as a forum for visionaries to discuss the intersection of foodservice and technology. Hans Schatz, executive vice president, added that the event seeks to foster long-term professional relationships within the industry. Attendance for the summit is strictly limited to invited participants.
