Premium coffeehouse operator Caribou Coffee has announced the commercial rollout of its 2026 autumn limited-time menu platform across participating US locations, effective 20 August 2026.

The seasonal update combines returning pumpkin favourites with an expanded Honeycrisp apple beverage platform, sweet and savoury breakfast pairings, packaged single-origin whole-bean coffee, and autumn merchandise.

The multi-category limited-time offering (LTO) addresses expanding consumer demand for orchard fruit and warm spice flavour profiles during the late-summer and autumn retail trading windows, leveraging menu rotation to drive transaction frequency and ticket size across drive-thru, in-store, and digital app channels.

Honeycrisp Apple and Pumpkin Beverage Innovations

The 2026 autumn beverage platform builds upon established pumpkin spice staples while expanding Caribou's Honeycrisp apple line across espresso, cold foam, blended, and non-coffee energy categories.

The product development strategy pairs real fruit purées and fruit cold foams with iced and hot espresso bases to offer alternative seasonal options alongside traditional warm spice drinks.

The 2026 autumn beverage lineup introduces new cold foam and blended options alongside returning espresso, cold brew, and tea SKUs:

To support retail volume and home consumption, Caribou Coffee is reintroducing packaged Guatemala Single Origin coffee, featuring tasting notes of raspberry, cola, and vanilla, alongside autumn-themed drinkware and lifestyle accessories.

The complete seasonal menu will commence nationwide commercial distribution across participating Caribou Coffee coffeehouses, drive-thru stands, and digital ordering platforms on 20 August 2026.

All autumn LTO menu items, packaged coffee, and seasonal merchandise will be integrated into the proprietary Caribou Perks loyalty programme, allowing registered members to earn points and redeem digital rewards across in-store pick-up, drive-thru, and delivery channels throughout the autumn trading window.
