Starbucks has revealed its 2026 holiday food and beverage programme, headlined by the debut of a dessert-inspired Tiramisu Velvet beverage platform, popping-pearl Refreshers, and an expanded warm savoury food assortment.
Rolling out to participating stores across North America from 5 November 2026, the seasonal menu pairs long-standing festive hot staples with new cold-foam, cold-brew, and iced refresher options. The launch is supported by refreshed seasonal bakery lines, savoury lunch options, limited-edition merchandise collections, and the scheduled return of the brand's annual Red Cup Day promotional event.
The menu architecture reflects continued efforts across the quick-service coffee sector to balance traditional hot festive indulgence with cold beverage platforms, which now represent the majority of beverage sales for the brand throughout the year.
Tiramisu Velvet and Cold Beverages
The core beverage innovation for the 2026 season centres on the Tiramisu Velvet line, translating classic Italian pastry flavours into both espresso and cold brew formats:
☕ Tiramisu Velvet Latte: Formulated for hot or iced preparation, combining espresso with milk and dessert-inspired flavour notes, topped with a velvety mascarpone cold foam and a dusting of cocoa and coffee powder.
🧊 Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew: Starbucks Cold Brew topped with rich mascarpone cold foam and cocoa-coffee dusting, targeting cold coffee consumers seeking seasonal indulgence.

Alongside the coffee extensions, the brand is expanding its fruit-forward cold refreshment range into the winter trading period with popping-pearl inclusions:
🍎 Apple Pomegranate Refresher: A chilled beverage combining crisp apple flavour notes with popping pomegranate-flavoured pearls to deliver fruit acidity and textural contrast.
🥥 Snowy Apple Refresher: A dairy-free variant blending the apple and pomegranate base with coconut milk for a creamy finish.
Returning Holiday Beverage Classics
The new menu additions will trade alongside Starbucks' established roster of core holiday beverages, which return to menus for the festive window:
🍫 Peppermint Mocha: Signature espresso, steamed milk, mocha sauce, and peppermint-flavoured syrup, topped with whipped cream and dark chocolate curls.
🍮 Caramel Brulée Latte: Espresso and steamed milk blended with caramel brulée sauce, finished with whipped cream and crunchy caramel brulée bits.
🍪 Sugar Cookie Latte: Blonde espresso combined with sugar cookie-flavoured syrup and almond drink, topped with festive red and green sprinkles.
☕ Gingerbread Chai: Black tea infused with warm spices and gingerbread syrup, available served hot or iced with oat drink.
Savoury and Seasonal Bakery
In addition to beverage innovation, Starbucks is expanding its hot food and bakery display cases to capture midday lunch and impulse snacking traffic.
The food menu introduces hot handheld savoury options alongside returning festive confectionery:
🥪 Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese: A warm sandwich featuring tender braised short rib layered with melted cheese between toasted bread slices.
🥪 Turkey & Stuffing Sandwich: An updated recipe incorporating sliced roast turkey breast with traditional savoury stuffing on artisan bread.
🐻 Bearista Cake Pop: A limited-edition novelty confection on a stick inspired by the collectable Starbucks Bearista Glass Cold Cup.
🍰 Cranberry Bliss Bar: A blondie cake base topped with sweet cream cheese icing, tart dried cranberries, and white chocolate orange drizzle.
⛄ Snowman Cookie: Shortbread biscuit hand-decorated with festive snowman icing.
🥐 Sugar Plum Cheese Danish: Flaky pastry filled with spiced sugar plum jam and a creamy cheese centre.

Holiday Merchandising and The Red Cup
To drive consumer engagement and repeat footfall, Starbucks confirmed that its annual Red Cup Day promotional tradition will return later in the festive campaign.
During the single-day promotion, customers ordering any handcrafted holiday beverage will receive a complimentary, reusable red holiday cup while supplies last. The initiative functions as both an impulse footfall driver and an operational push toward customer adoption of reusable drinkware across retail stores.
The complete 2026 holiday menu and accompanying retail merchandise collections will be available across company-operated and licensed Starbucks locations nationwide beginning Thursday, 5 November 2026.
