The Campbell’s Company has announced the appointment of Mohit Anand as Executive Vice President (EVP) and President of its Snacks division, effective February 23, 2026.
Anand takes the helm of a "powerhouse" portfolio that includes category leaders such as Goldfish, Pepperidge Farm, Snyder’s of Hanover, and Kettle Brand. He succeeds Elizabeth Duggan, who is departing the company after leading the division since May 2025.
Margin Expansion and Innovation
Anand’s primary remit will be to drive "long-term growth and margin expansion" for the snacks business. This division is a critical revenue engine for Campbell’s, supported by an advantaged distribution network and a strong innovation pipeline.
Mick Beekhuizen, President and CEO of Campbell’s, highlighted Anand's operational track record: “Throughout his career, Mohit has consistently increased sales, improved margins and enhanced operational efficiency on CPG businesses. His proven general management capabilities... will help return our Snacks division to sustainable growth.”
Executive Pedigree: Global Snacking Leadership
Anand brings over three decades of global CPG experience to the role, with a resume that spans major multinational competitors.
Kellanova (Mars, Inc.): Most recently served as SVP & General Manager in the Accelerator division of Mars Snacking, playing a key role in the integration following the acquisition. Before that, he led Kellanova’s frozen food business.
Kellogg’s International: Previously led the snacks business across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
Unilever & P&G: Held leadership roles in water and beverages (Unilever) and spent 15 years in marketing and management at Procter & Gamble across Asia.
Governance Structure
Anand will report directly to CEO Mick Beekhuizen and will join the company’s Operating Committee as an Executive Officer. His appointment signals a clear intent to leverage international best practices and deep category expertise to defend and grow market share in the competitive U.S. snacking landscape.
