To replicate the specific texture and flavour of a traditional deep-fry without compromising on quality, Boar’s Head has implemented a rigorous multi-stage production process.


The technical architecture of the product includes:


  • Cold Brining 🧂 The extra lean turkey breast is cold-brined to ensure maximum moisture retention and flavour depth.


  • Slow Roasting 🌡️ Following the brining stage, the meat is slowly oven-roasted to establish a tender internal structure.


  • Flash Frying 🍗 The process concludes with a precision fry to achieve the characteristic "deep-fried" exterior and savoury finish.
