Powdered superfoods manufacturer Z Natural Foods has announced the commercial launch of its Chocolate Goat Whey Protein Concentrate. Formulated to combine A2 beta-casein goat whey with organic dark chocolate cacao and medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), the new product enters the functional protein market as an alternative to traditional cow milk-derived whey formulations.
The launch expands the company's speciality dairy and superfood offerings, providing a clean-label protein powder structured around ingredient synergy and enhanced digestibility.
