Refresco is a European bottler of soft drinks and fruit juices for retailers and branded players. The shareholders of Refresco and Gerber Emig announced completion of the merger between the two companies in November 2013, forming a combined company that later rebranded itself Refresco in June 2016.
In July 2017, Refresco agreed to buy out the soft drinks business of Cott Corporation in a deal that completed at the beginning of 2019.
