Fever-Tree is a British premium mixers producer founded in 2003 by co-founders Charles Rolls and Tim Warrilow, who, while both working in separate parts of the beverage industry, noticed a gap in the market for higher-quality mixers based around the premise that ‘if three-quarters of your drink is mixer, mix with the best’.

The company has enjoyed runaway success for products including tonic water, ginger ale and premium lemonade.

It takes its name from a moniker given to the chincona tree, from which the natural quinine used in its first product – a premium tonic water – was extracted.
