Heritage beverage brand Jumex® has announced its first major strategic expansion outside of the liquid refreshment category, unveiling Jumex GoMix™ gummies. The launch marks a significant evolution for the company, extending its equity in fruit nectars into the high-growth confectionery aisle.
The new product line is positioned to leverage the brand's reputation for authenticity, translating its signature fruit profiles into a chewy snack format designed for both loyal fans and new consumers.
Product Architecture and Flavour Profile
Jumex GoMix™ is engineered to replicate the sensory experience of the brand's iconic beverages. The gummies are crafted with real fruit juice, natural flavours, and natural colours, while explicitly excluding high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) to align with modern "better-for-you" snacking trends.
The Flavour Mix: The formulation centres on the four fruit profiles that established the brand's market presence:
🥭 Mango
🍓 Strawberry
🍑 Peach
🍐 Guava
SKU Variations: The launch features two distinct variety packs catering to different palate preferences:
Original Mix: Captures the classic, juicy sweetness of Jumex nectars.
Spicy Original Mix: A culturally relevant twist offering a sweet and spicy profile, dusted with cayenne pepper to deliver a Mexican-inspired snacking experience.
Carlos Madrazo, Country Manager at Jumex USA, commented on the brand extension strategy:
"With Jumex GoMix™, we're bringing the essence of our brand — real fruit, real flavour, and real joy — into an entirely new space. Consumers know and trust Jumex® for its quality and authenticity. GoMix™ is our way of celebrating those same values in a fun, modern format that connects with both new and longtime fans of the brand."
