Bakery-café chain Paris Baguette has announced its seasonal product strategy for the Valentine's Day window, introducing a comprehensive Pink Velvet menu.
Available nationwide beginning 28 January, the lineup pivots away from the traditional red velvet standard, instead utilising pink velvet soft cream and ruby chocolate to create a cohesive aesthetic across cakes, pastries, and beverages. The launch targets multiple consumption occasions, from "Galentine's" gatherings to office treating and romantic gifting.
Product Architecture: Cakes and Sharing
The centrepiece of the collection is a trio of handcrafted cakes, available through 15 February. The range emphasises visual "table appeal" with festive finishing details.
The Cake Lineup:
🍰🍫 Pink Velvet Chocolate Ganache Cake: A rich profile featuring three layers of chocolate cake filled with whipped chocolate ganache and silky pink velvet soft cream, finished with a chocolate heart.
🍰🧁 Pink Velvet Layer Cake: Six layers of vanilla sponge filled with pink velvet soft cream and pastry cream, decorated with ruby chocolate and seasonal sprinkles.
🍓❤️ XOXO Strawberry Soft Cream Heart Cake: A shaped novelty cake comprising three layers of vanilla sponge, strawberry soft cream, and fresh strawberries.

Pastry and Beverage Innovation
Complementing the large-format cakes, Paris Baguette is introducing a suite of single-serve items dubbed "Cupid's Favourite Creations." These items reimagine the brand's core pastry bases with seasonal coatings and fillings, including a sophisticated take on the classic conversation heart candy.

🍩🍡 Pink Velvet Mochi Doughnut: A textural twist featuring the chewy mochi base dipped in pink velvet ruby chocolate.
