Family-style pizza chain Mountain Mike’s Pizza has announced the return of its seasonal Valentine's portfolio, reinstating the iconic Heart-Shaped Pizza and Sweetheart Cherry Pie Dessert Pizza for the month of February.
Now in its sixth consecutive year, the campaign transforms the brand’s standard large pizza offering into a seasonal novelty. The strategy has proven highly effective, with the chain reporting that Valentine’s Day has become one of its top-performing annual sales days.
Product Architecture and Customisation
The seasonal offer is designed to integrate seamlessly with existing operations while providing a distinct visual differentiator for "Galentine’s" gatherings and date nights.
The February Lineup:
🍕❤️ Heart-Shaped Pizza: Guests can convert any large pizza into a heart shape without compromising on ingredients. The build features dough made fresh daily, 100% whole milk mozzarella, and is fully customisable with the brand’s signature crispy, curly pepperoni or other premium toppings.
🍒🥧 Sweetheart Cherry Pie Dessert Pizza: A sweet finish to the meal, this item features a heart-shaped crust brushed with butter, topped with real fruit cherry pie filling, and finished with a drizzle of crème anglaise frosting.
Mountain Mike’s claims to have pioneered the heart-shaped trend among major pizza chains. Over the past half-decade, the initiative has evolved from a limited-time offer (LTO) into a core component of the brand's annual marketing calendar.

Both the Heart-Shaped Pizza and the Sweetheart Cherry Pie Dessert Pizza are available at all locations nationwide throughout the entire month of February, extending the sales window beyond the single-day peak of February 14th.
