The new SKU joins an established lineup of premium mixes, including the award-winning Fudgy Brownie Mix and the recently launched Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake Mix.

Product Architecture and Flavour Profile

The new mix is engineered to deliver a specific textural experience—"chewy at the edges, soft in the centre"—replicating the characteristics of a bakery-style blondie. The formulation utilises Bob's signature blend of premium flours to create a rich, butterscotch-forward flavour profile underpinned by brown sugar notes.

Preparation and Versatility: Designed for ease of use without sacrificing quality, the mix requires only the addition of eggs, butter (or oil), and vanilla (or water).
